What's Different? RED has built a state-of-the-art system around their new and improved sensor. They’ve introduced a new board design, better components, better connections and improved on their engineered ASIC. All of this has lead to the sensor being able to capture an increase in dynamic range and lower the noise floor vs the older dsmc model.
